These Terms govern your use of AI Rap Video, an AI video creation service operated by the AlorsOnDanseAIVideo Team. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

Service scope
AI Rap Video provides a focused image-to-video creation workflow that turns user-provided portrait images into short AI rap-style videos using supported presets and third-party AI models. Features, supported styles, limits, prices, and controls may change as the service evolves, and current product information is shown on the public site and in the product interface.
Accounts, eligibility, your content, and your rights
AI Rap Video is not directed to minors. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live to create an account or use the service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the images, likenesses, logos, and other materials you submit. You must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use those materials and request the resulting generation. AlorsOnDanseAIVideo does not grant you rights in third-party material that you did not already have.
Acceptable use and content safety
You may not use AI Rap Video to generate or facilitate adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or other NSFW content; prohibited Violence / gore; Hate speech; Child-unsafe content (CSAM); Face swaps, Deepfakes / impersonation involving real people; or Copyright / trademark infringement. Other unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, privacy-invasive, or security-compromising uses are also prohibited. AlorsOnDanseAIVideo uses content-safety measures to help enforce these rules and may restrict prohibited requests, content, features, or accounts where appropriate. The Acceptable Use Policy contains the detailed rules, reporting channel, enforcement actions, and appeal path.
AI outputs and third-party models
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. AI Rap Video is an independent product and does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by artists, labels, brands, or model vendors unless explicitly stated.
Credits and purchases
Where paid access is offered, AI Rap Video Credits are digital service-usage units used to access generation features. Current offers, prices, grant amounts, and applicable Credit rules are shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Credits are not cash, a bank balance, or a stored-value account and have no cash redemption right except where required by law. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Where Monthly or Yearly subscriptions are offered, they automatically renew for the applicable billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not end the period or annual term that has already been paid for. Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a prorated refund for the remaining part of the current paid term.
Refunds
AI Rap Video sells digital access and Credits, which are generally non-refundable after purchase. We may correct or refund duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or verified payments where purchased value was not delivered because of an AlorsOnDanseAIVideo system failure, and we will honor refund rights required by applicable law. Other refund requests may be reviewed by the AlorsOnDanseAIVideo Team case by case. Send billing or refund requests to support@alorsondanseaivideo.com. Availability, changes, and responsibility
Generation depends on third-party services, models, APIs, networks, and infrastructure, so availability and processing times may vary. AlorsOnDanseAIVideo may change, suspend, replace, or remove features or models when reasonably necessary. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and AlorsOnDanseAIVideo does not guarantee that every request will complete successfully or that every output will meet a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
The AlorsOnDanseAIVideo Team may update these Terms when the service, commercial offering, safety controls, or legal requirements change.
